At the dialogue, dozens of opinions were raised on issues that need to be addressed by Party committees, authorities, and all levels, such as: Resolving policies and regimes for grassroots deputies; theft and drug abuse are occurring frequently in localities; Oversized and overloaded vehicles are circulating a lot, causing traffic disorder and affecting the environment, but are not handled promptly by authorities...
Besides, the slow issuance of land use right certificates to people has caused many concerns among the public.

At the dialogue, the leaders of Do Luong district answered related issues and requested departments and branches to directly explain.
