(Baonghean.vn) - On the way to Quy Hop district to sell drugs, Chuong Van Thuan, born in 1993, residing in Dinh village, Binh Chuan commune, Con Cuong district, was arrested.
Thuan is one of the long-time drug addicts whose sophisticated activities make it difficult for the police to obtain evidence. Through monitoring his schedule, at around 6:00 p.m. on March 30, the Binh Chuan Commune Police (Con Cuong) discovered Thuan riding a motorbike with license plate 37C1 04635 with many suspicious signs speeding towards Chau Ly Commune (Quy Hop District).

Immediately, Binh Chuan Commune Police informed Chau Ly Commune Police to ambush for an administrative inspection and caught Thuan red-handed illegally storing 32 grams of heroin and 12 pink pills for sale.
