More than 400 officials, civil servants and workers compete at the Mass Arts Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - In celebration of the 18th Nghe An Trade Union Congress, on the morning of March 31, the Mass Art Festival for workers, civil servants and laborers of Cluster IV took place with the participation of more than 400 actors from 12 units.

The program aims to bring a joyful and exciting atmosphere, help units exchange, promote creativity, foster love for homeland, country, industry and profession; create solidarity and cohesion among workers between units.

Through this Festival, the organizers want to discover more new potential factors to nurture and become the core of the mass cultural and artistic movement of the industry and unit. From here, the mass cultural and artistic movement will be further developed, improving the spiritual life of workers, civil servants and laborers.

At the same time, through the festival, the Provincial Labor Federation Steering Committee will select excellent performances to serve the 18th Nghe An Trade Union Congress, term 2018 - 2023.
