Mr. Dang Dinh Quy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Head of the Permanent Mission of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the United Nations in New York, United States of America;
Mr. Ta Van Thong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to New Zealand, concurrently serving as Ambassador to the Republic of Fiji and the Independent State of Samoa;
Mr. Pham Vinh Quang, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Republic of Indonesia concurrently serving the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste and the Independent State of Papua New Guinea;

On March 30, the 12th Conference of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City, term (2014-2019) - extraordinary session to supplement Committee members and Vice Chairman of the Hanoi Fatherland Front.
The conference unanimously agreed to elect former Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cau Giay District, Duong Cao Thanh, to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City, term 16, 2014 - 2019.
On March 28, Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Duc Chung signed a decision approving the election results for the position of Chairman of Dong Anh District People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term for Deputy Secretary of Dong Anh District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term Le Trung Kien.
