Nghi Khanh Commune (Nghi Loc) invests nearly 269 billion VND to build New Rural Areas
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 1, Nghi Khanh commune held a ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition for meeting the new rural standards. Comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of the provincial New Rural Office, leaders of Nghi Loc district and Cua Lo town attended.

Recently, Nghi Khanh commune (Nghi Loc) mobilized 269 billion VND to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction (of which the state budget at all levels invested and supported nearly 86 billion VND, and people contributed nearly 179 billion VND).
From a poor coastal commune, Nghi Khanh commune has now built synchronous infrastructure.Along with the formation of 2 urban areas, commercial centers and 2/3 schools, medical stations all meet national standards. 13/15 hamlets meet cultural village standards, over 92% of workers have regular jobs, annual economic growth rate is from 11-12%, average income per capita reached 34.4 million in 2017...
At the ceremony to receive the Certificate of Recognition for meeting the New Rural Standards of Nghi Khanh Commune, Comrade Dinh Viet Hong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Certificate of Recognition, a finishing bonus of 500 million VND and a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to collectives and individuals of Nghi Khanh Commune with outstanding achievements in the New Rural Construction Movement in the period 2011-2017.

Speaking at the ceremony, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts of the Party Committee, government and people of the commune; at the same time, he requested Nghi Khanh to continue to make efforts, promote the spirit of solidarity, enhance the role of the political system of villages and hamlets, continue to have plans to mobilize people's strength to continue improving the quality of criteria; have positive and effective solutions to improve people's lives in order to prepare resources and conditions to realize the goal of becoming a model new-style rural commune, prosperous in the coming time.
