Wife discovers diamond ring husband gave her is fake after 2 years of marriage
This woman was shocked when she learned that the £15,000 ring was fake but she silently endured it and did not question her husband.
A recent post on the parenting forumMumnetof England, is attracting a lot of attention. That is what Ponny shared, about her husband giving her an engagement ring two years ago."My husband always said it was a very large, eye-catching diamond," she wrote.
The diamond is estimated to be worth between £15,000 and £20,000. Ponny's husband has planned to insure the ring.
However, at a recent dinner party, her husband's friend, a jeweler, wanted to see it."He looked at my ring with his wife's smaller ring. They spoke quietly to each other, then returned the ring to me with a puzzled sympathetic look on his face," Ponny shared.
This made her curious, and she later investigated and discovered that the ring was not a diamond, but a cubic zirconia.

Knowing that, Ponny did not feel angry but ashamed,She felt uncomfortable wearing a flashy fake ring and pretending it was a diamond ring. However, she did not want to tell her husband that."I've worn it for two years and didn't want to upset him," Ponny said.
