Holding a prepared apology letter, the woman said that because she had not yet found out the cause of the incident, in a moment of anger and rashness, she had acted without thinking, leading to the unwanted incident.

“I admit that I was wrong in this incident and I am very sorry for causing bad public opinion in the past, affecting the teacher's honor...”, Ms. Nghia said and said that this is a profound lesson about attitude in life...

The “apology session” took place quickly in a rather tense atmosphere. The victim did not seem to say anything but accepted the apology, shaking hands with the woman who had beaten her. Meanwhile, the representative of the female student’s family said that there had been a compensation “agreement” between the two parties. The family accepted the apology, hoping that Ms. Nghia would comply with the signed agreement….

Earlier, on the morning of March 22, claiming that the female student who was interning at the Vietnam-Laos Kindergarten had beaten her child's leg, Ms. Nghia stormed into the school, grabbed her hair and beat Ms. H. repeatedly. Although many witnesses tried to stop her, giving the reason that "the teacher is pregnant", Ms. Nghia still loudly said "even pregnant, still beat".

The female parent then forced the student teacher to kneel down and apologize. Afraid of being beaten again, Ms. H. had to kneel down and apologize to the child. Ms. H. was then taken to the Nghe An Province Reproductive Health Care Center in a state of threatened miscarriage.

On March 30, Ms. Nghia was prosecuted for the crime of Insulting others. This woman was released on bail to serve the investigation.
