16-seat passenger van "herded" two motorbikes, two people injured and dead

The strong crash caused the motorbike to be dragged by the car for another 20 meters. Mr. Hai was lying under the car with a blown front tire in a very critical condition. The passenger was thrown out and broke his arm. The car ran onto the sidewalk.
