According toShanghaiist, the owner of a noodle shop in Dongbei, Haikou, the capital of Hainan province, China, recently discovered that the beef broth had a strange smell. Feeling that the food in the restaurant was unusually foul, he immediately installed a surveillance camera inside the restaurant to monitor.

Early in the morning of March 28, the camera recorded the owner of a nearby restaurant approaching a pot of beef stew, lifting the lid and putting something in a box into the pot.
The man then unzipped his pants and urinated into another pot of broth. After investigating, local police said that what the restaurant owner had put in was feces. The man was jealous of the noodle shop owner because it was more crowded than his own, so he did it secretly.
