Details of Audi A5 Sportback priced at over 2.3 billion VND in Vietnam

After 7 years of launch, Audi A5 Sportback has entered the 2nd generation. The car is sold in Vietnam for more than 2.3 billion VND.

The front of the car stands out with the typical Audi grille, but it is flatter and wider than the previous generation. The front bumper is redesigned, the air intake is enlarged.

Compared to the previous generation, the headlight cluster has changed its design, in harmony with the new style hood. Audi created strong lines on the hood. At the same time, the rear of the car and the taillight cluster have also been redesigned.

The body width is wider. The front wheel width is 1,587 mm and the rear wheel width is 1,568 mm, the wheelbase is 2,824 mm.

The Audi A5 Sportback body is 15 kg lighter than the previous generation thanks to the use of lightweight materials. The total weight is reduced by 220 kg, down to 1,470 kg. The German automaker uses the term "3D" to describe the rear design, emphasizing multi-dimensionality. LED taillights, dual exhaust pipes.

The new Audi A5 Sportback is equipped with a 2.0 TFSI turbocharged engine, producing 252 horsepower and 370Nm of torque. Compared to the previous generation, the power has increased by 9%, while fuel consumption has decreased by 11%. The car is equipped with a 7-speed S-Tronic gearbox and quattro four-wheel drive system. Acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 6.5 seconds, maximum speed of 250 km/h.

The interior uses high-quality materials such as leather and aluminum. Compared to the previous generation, the A5 Sportback has increased interior space by 17 mm. The driver's shoulder room has increased by 9 mm in the driver's position. Rear passengers have an additional 23 mm in knee space. Audi says the trunk of this car is 480 liters, the best in the segment. When the rear seats are folded, the storage capacity is up to 1,300 liters.

3-spoke steering wheel, integrated quick start button and gearshift paddles. Technology has push-button start, adaptive cruise control, automatic engine start/stop and 5-inch multi-information screen in the instrument cluster. 7-inch central infotainment screen in the MMI system, Bluetooth or USB connection.

The interior LED lighting has 30 colors to choose from. The new Audi model will compete with the BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe due to its coupe-sedan hybrid design.
