1. Over speed limit

This is a mistake that most Vietnamese drivers have made at least once, with the status of the inappropriate sign system, many places are placed unreasonably, there is no clear distinction between residential and non-residential areas, in addition, there is also the subjective reason that many drivers have a "speed" blood in them. According to Article 6 of Circular 91/2015, the maximum permitted speed is regulated as follows:

In densely populated areas: for motor vehicles it is 60 km/h on dual carriageways (with median strip and one-way roads with 2 or more motor vehicle lanes), for two-way roads without median strip and one-way roads with 1 motor vehicle lane, the maximum speed allowed is 50 km/h.

Outside densely populated areas: similar to the above types of roads, the maximum allowed speeds are 90km/h and 80km/h respectively.

7. Entering a prohibited road or one-way road

This error is often seen in deserted places, at noon or in the evening when it is quiet, so drivers take the opportunity to take shortcuts to save time, sometimes because they are not familiar with the road or when entering a two-way road but only allow cars to go one way up/down. For drivers who enter a prohibited road, prohibited area; go against the direction of a one-way road, go against the direction of a road with a "no entry" sign.
