Mr. Phan Van Manh - Chairman of Bao Nam Commune People's Committee said: The people of Luu Tan village in particular and Bao Nam highland commune in general see this as an extremely urgent task. The people have repeatedly requested the government to build a bridge, however, because the commune is poor, there is no funding for the construction. Now, with the support of philanthropists and charitable organizations to build 2 bridges for people, the people and the commune government are very happy.
