(Baonghean.vn) - This group of young men joined the wedding procession on National Highway 1A, brazenly riding motorbikes without helmets, lining up side by side, obstructing the cars behind.

Clip goes viral on social media.

On April 11, on the OtoFun Nghe An forum, a clip appeared by a Facebook user named Nguyen Linh with the title "QL1A section through Nghi Loc this afternoon, taking the bride but the village men blocked a series of cars from passing...".

In the clip, three couples ride three motorbikes side by side on the road. It is worth noting that all of these young men are not wearing helmets and are driving in the inner lane reserved for cars.

Although the cars behind them honked and asked them to give way, the group of young men still refused. On the contrary, they continued to hang around as if to show defiance.

Captain Nguyen Thanh Binh - Head of the Traffic Police Team of Nghi Loc District Police said that after watching the clip, the team directed the brothers to check and verify. Through the images in the clip as well as comparing the scene, it is known that the clip was filmed in Hamlet 13, Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City. Therefore, the authority and responsibility for checking and handling belongs to Vinh City Police.

Authorities are verifying and clarifying this group of young people to have a basis for handling them according to regulations. Photo cut from clip.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duy Ha - Head of the Traffic Police Team of Vinh City Police, the unit has also reviewed the clip. "The unit has verified that this group of young people participated in the wedding procession from Nghi Loc to Vinh City. However, because the image in the clip is a bit blurry, the exact filming location has not been determined. That location could be the border between Nghi Loc district and Vinh City," Lieutenant Colonel Ha said and affirmed that he is contacting the person who filmed the clip to verify the image, from which there will be a basis for strictly handling the young people who violated traffic laws.

Previously, in 2017, Dien Chau District Police had summoned four times and issued administrative fines to four groups of young people who did not wear helmets, drove in a row, weaved and swerved on National Highway 1A while participating in the wedding procession. These young people were fined nearly 70 million VND./.
