Nguyen Ngoc Sy's tomb and Dong Son Temple were built in the early Nguyen Dynasty in Dong Bich village, Trung Son commune.
At the remaining relics, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Sy was born in 1710, was "unusually intelligent" since childhood, quickly learned all the books of the sages, passed the Huong Cong exam in 1727, was selected to be a student at Quoc Tu Giam; as a person who did not crave power or benefits, he later left the capital and traveled everywhere.

When he passed by Dong Bich village, he saw the beautiful landscape and the simple people, so he stopped and chose this place to live for the rest of his life. In Dong Bich village, he prescribed medicine to help the poor, opened classes to teach, and enlightened the people. Many of his students passed exams and became successful, building and developing the cultural tradition of Dong Bich village.
To commemorate Nguyen Ngoc Sy's merits, the villagers honored him as "Dong Son Phuc Dieu Thanh Hoang" and built a temple to worship him.
Dong Son Temple is the place to worship Saint Co Phong, son of Saint Xuan Hao, a descendant of a general family. At that time, he wholeheartedly supported the king, helped the country achieve many feats, and took care of and instructed the people to expand production.
Up to now, the tomb of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Sy and Dong Son temple have been recognized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as provincial historical relics.
