Honda launches new Vario150 scooter priced at over 1,600 USD

Vario 150 2018 has a sportier design, with changes from front to back of the vehicle. The new style headlight cluster, quite similar to the lights of the Air Blade line in Vietnam. The turn signal cluster and position lights are separate from the headlight instead of being integrated together as before.

The two sides of the car have air vents under the footrest. Meanwhile, the rear of the car has a new design of the taillights, the turn signals are integrated into the fenders. The 14-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels are redesigned compared to the previous version, with tires sized 90/80 in the front and 100/80 in the rear. Disc brakes on both wheels, with combined braking function, no ABS.

Honda scooters are integrated with a number of modern equipment such as a fully electronic display clock and full LED headlights. Vario 150 uses a smart lock, a key integrated with vehicle finding and anti-theft.

DThe engine is a 150cc 4-stroke, SOHC, 13.1 horsepower at 8,500 rpm and maximum torque of 13.4 Nm at 5,000 rpm, integrated with PGM-Fi electronic fuel injection. Vario 150 also has Idling Stop like many other Honda scooters. The fuel consumption announced by the manufacturer is about 47 km/liter of gasoline.

In Indonesia, this vehicle line has 4 optional paint colors, with a price of about 1,600 USD. Vario is a familiar scooter line in Vietnam, through the distribution channel of private dealers. In the market, this vehicle line is priced at about 60 million VND.
