(Baonghean.vn) - This is the information that the leader of the Vinh City Department of Education and Training announced after this morning's working session with the unit's teachers.
On the afternoon of April 20, responding to Nghe An Newspaper, Mr. Thai Giap Vinh - Chairman of the People's Committee of Le Loi Ward said: After inspecting the operation of the private preschool facility ABC MONTESSORI PRESCHOOL (abbreviated as private preschool facility ABC), as the management unit, the People's Committee of the ward has decided to suspend the operation of this facility.
Previously, on April 19, this facility had just had an operating license.

Responding to the press, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Le Loi Ward also informed: During the working session this morning, the teacher who beat the student in the clip admitted his mistake and justified it as being "hot-tempered" and "immature".
After the incident, the ward asked the teachers present at the clip to write a report and the teacher who beat the student to write a self-criticism. On the side of the People's Committee of Le Loi ward, with the view of seriously handling the incident, the ward issued a document deciding to suspend the operation of this facility.
The teacher who beat the student was forced to stop working.
In case of serious violations, the ward will request other competent authorities to review and handle according to the provisions of law.
The ward leaders also acknowledged their responsibility in managing the ABC private preschool, especially the fact that it continued to operate even though it did not have an operating license. Previously, this facility had also submitted a dossier to the Vinh City People's Committee to establish a private school, but after appraisal, due to not meeting the conditions, the application was not approved.

It is known that in addition to ABC private preschool, there are 8 other facilities operating in Le Loi ward. Although licensed, the Chairman of the ward People's Committee also said that: Management is facing many difficulties because "today is good but tomorrow may not be good", the teaching staff is often changing, lacks experience and is mainly young teachers who have just graduated.
Le Loi Ward is also one of the two remaining wards in Vinh City that does not have a public kindergarten. However, after many years of the school construction project being suspended due to lack of capital, it is expected that in the 2018-2019 school year, Le Loi Kindergarten will be put into operation with a scale of about 350 students.
