Nghe An Provincial Youth Union visited and worked in Xieng Khouang (Laos)
(Baonghean.vn) - Within the framework of the visit and work in some provinces of Lao PDR, on April 25 and April 26, the Youth Delegation of Nghe An province visited and worked in Xieng Khouang province.

Comrade Chu Duc Thai - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Youth Union of Nghe An province and the working delegation visited and paid a courtesy visit to the leaders of Xieng Khouang province.
Talking to the youth of the two provinces, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Xieng Khouang Provincial Party Committee U Them Ma Si Xon Xay expressed his belief and hope that the young generation of the two provinces will always preserve the special friendship between the two nations, two Parties and people of Nghe An - Xieng Khouang provinces.
He suggested that the youth of the two provinces strengthen coordination in organizing many activities such as: social security in border areas, cultural and artistic activities, volunteering in border areas, difficult areas, training and fostering of cadres, paying attention to advising on building model border villages, places for regional cultural exchange, displaying agricultural products of the two provinces, creating conditions and enhancing economic development of the two provinces, especially border districts.
Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Youth Union Chu Duc Thai expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the two provinces for always paying attention to the young generation. He promised to coordinate with the Youth Union of Xieng Khouang province to advise and implement well the contents mentioned by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, at the same time the young generation of the two provinces will always promote and preserve the special relationship between the two sides.

On the same day, the delegation had a meeting, exchange and share experiences in Youth Union activities with Xieng Khouang Provincial Youth Union. Through the discussion, the two sides agreed to continue to coordinate in organizing many activities in Xieng Khouang province and many friendship activities between the youth of the two provinces, first of all focusing on the 2018 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.
The youth unions of the two provinces signed a cooperation program for the 2018-2021 period, gave souvenirs, played football, and burned incense at the Laos-Vietnam Memorial and the Plain of Jars.
