(Baonghean.vn) - On April 26, the Provincial Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs in coordination with the Department of Transport and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam visited and presented money to support the construction of gratitude houses for relatives of martyrs in Quynh Luu, Que Phong, Quy Chau and Yen Thanh.

The working delegation presented 50 million VND in support to Ms. Ngo Thi Phu in Van Hoc village, Quynh Bang commune (Quynh Luu).

Mrs. Ngo Thi Phu in Van Hoc village,Quynh Bang commune (Quynh Luu), is the mother of martyr Ho Ba Huynh, who died on the battlefield in the South. Her husband died, and she raised 5 sons alone. Brother Huynh died, and the remaining 4 sons have difficult family circumstances so they had to go far away to work. Currently, she lives alone in a small, seriously degraded house.

On this occasion, the delegation presented her with a support amount of 50 million VND. The house will start construction in mid-May 2018, with an area of ​​70 m2, is expected to be completed and handed over for use on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 2018).

In Chau Kim commune (Que Phong), the delegation of the Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An province presented 50 million VND in support to build a house for Mrs. Quang Thi Minh, in Do village, mother of martyr Quang Van Kim, who sacrificed her life in the resistance war against the US to save the country. Currently, Mrs. Quang Thi Minh is over 80 years old, her life is facing many difficulties and deprivations.

The Provincial Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs awarded 50 million VND to support the construction of a house for Ms. Quang Thi Minh, in Chau Kim commune (Que Phong).

In Quy Chau,The delegation presented support money to the family of Mrs. Tran Thi Binh, born in 1952 in Tan Huong 2 block, Quy Chau town, wife of martyr Pham Hong Thai, who died in 1972 in the resistance war against the US to save the country; presented support money to the family of Mr. Luong Van Dai in Bua Lau village, Chau Tien commune, father of martyr Luong Xuan Hoi, who died on the southern front in September 1972. Each family received support of 50 million VND.

The Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs of Nghe An Province awarded 50 million VND in support to Ms. Tran Thi Binh in Quy Chau town.


Ha Thao - Vi Zen

In Hop Thanh commune (Yen Thanh),The delegation presented 100 million VND in support to two families of martyrs: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Minh (born in 1945) in Ly Nhan hamlet, wife of martyr Nguyen Trong Tuan, and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hoe (born in 1934) in Thuong Tho hamlet, wife of martyr Tran Dac Vu. Both martyrs died in the resistance war against the US to save the country.

Presented 100 million VND to support the construction of 2 gratitude houses for 2 families of martyrs in Hop Thanh commune (Yen Thanh).

This time, the Provincial Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs also mobilized and called on philanthropists and political and social organizations in Nghe An province to support 750 million VND and give money to build gratitude houses for 15 families of martyrs' relatives in Nghe An province.
