Nghe An: Preparations underway for the commencement of construction on another wood processing plant worth over 2 trillion VND.

Mr. Tran Quang Luan, General Director of Thanh Thanh Dat Co., Ltd., said: Anh Son, Con Cuong, and the districts along Route 7 are areas with rich potential for plantation timber. Therefore, the company has developed a project and invested in an MDF fiberboard factory in Tri Le Industrial Park, Anh Son district, with a total investment of 2,180 billion VND.

This project will focus on intensive production to enhance the value of timber from planted forests, create jobs for workers, and contribute to increasing the provincial budget.

The factory is equipped with advanced European technology and a high level of automation, producing high-quality products at reasonable prices, while meeting environmental standards in Vietnam and internationally.

The factory's capacity reaches 180,000 m³.³MDF wood products/year and increasing capacity to 250,000 m².³The factory will produce [number] products/year, provided that the supply of raw materials and the consumer market are stable. Once operational, the factory will contribute to increasing the area of ​​planted forests and the value of forestry; create jobs for thousands of direct and indirect workers in the locality, and improve the income of the community participating in the project and forest planters.

The factory's market orientation is 50% export and 50% domestic consumption.

The MDF fiberboard factory project in Tri Le Industrial Park, Anh Son district, Nghe An province is the second project in a series of MDF, PB, and OSB artificial board manufacturing plants of Thanh Thanh Dat Co., Ltd. (the company previously started construction of an MDF wood factory in Vu Quang district, Ha Tinh province).

The company is also finalizing investment procedures for the remaining factories, including: a PB and OSB wood factory in the Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh province; a PB and OSB wood factory in the Bang Industrial Park, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province; a PB and OSB wood factory in Phu Ninh district, Quang Nam province; and an MDF wood factory in the La Son Industrial Park, Phu Loc district, Thua Thien Hue province.

Established in 2002, Thanh Thanh Dat Co., Ltd. operates in multiple sectors, with a key focus on the production and processing of products from plantation timber.
