(Baonghean.vn) - The procedures for granting land use right certificates are still cumbersome and time-consuming; the behavior and attitude of doctors and nurses at some medical facilities are not proper, causing harassment and obstacles for people... are the recommendations of voters of Thai Hoa Town to the National Assembly delegation.

On the afternoon of May 4, National Assembly deputies: Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen Thi Thao - doctor of Tay Bac General Hospital and Moong Van Tinh - official of Que Phong district Youth Union met with voters in Nghia Tien commune, Thai Hoa town.

On behalf of the National Assembly delegation, delegate Nguyen Thi Thao informed the voters of Nghia Thinh commune about the expected program of the 5th session of the 14th National Assembly with many important contents. In particular, the question and answer session in the hall will be conducted with 1-minute questions and 3-minute answers with the goal of having a focus, key points, and quality and will be broadcast live on June 6-8.

At the conference, 13 opinions from voters of Nghia Tien commune mentioned 17 issues of concern: Proposal to consider the regime for members of the veterans association such as enjoying 100% social insurance when receiving medical examination and treatment; pension regime for relatives when people with revolutionary contributions pass away; procedures for granting land use right certificates are still cumbersome and time-consuming; the behavior and attitude of doctors and nurses at some medical examination and treatment facilities are not proper, causing harassment and obstacles for people...

Worried about the situation of fake drugs and drugs mixed with bamboo charcoal on the market, voter Ho Xuan Loc said that the penalties are still light and not enough of a deterrent.

Voters asked the National Assembly, the State and relevant levels and sectors to come up with stronger measures to strictly manage the drug market so that people can feel secure when buying and using drugs.

This voter also recommended researching, drafting and promulgating regulations on mandatory hanging of the national flag.

Voters in Nghia Hieu commune also mentioned a number of issues such as: Solving the one-time leave regime for police officers; severely punishing individuals with signs of corruption; quickly granting regimes to subjects such as frontline workers and youth volunteers; improving the quality of the village and commune police force...

After receiving and listening to voters' opinions at the conference, representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors at all levels, local authorities and National Assembly deputies responded to voters' reflections on issues related to their jurisdiction.

Explaining voters' petitions about the corrupt attitudes of doctors and nurses, Party Central Committee Secretary Phan Dinh Trac said that recently the health sector has been actively correcting the attitudes of doctors and nurses, and the Minister of Health has even announced a hotline to promptly receive and handle negative incidents.

Regarding the issue of people not yet enjoying the health insurance coverage, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac informed voters that according to the Law on Health Insurance, from January 1, 2016, the health insurance coverage at commune and district levels in the same province has been expanded and 100% of the health insurance premiums have been paid. By January 1, 2021, the roadmap for provincial coverage will begin nationwide.

The Party Central Committee Secretary also requested that people must clearly understand the information and go to the right medical facility to receive treatment according to the regime.

Regarding the shortcomings in the regime and capacity of the commune police, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac said that in the near future, regular police will be assigned to the communes, each commune will have 3-5 people to improve the quality of the team, meeting the requirements of the task.

At the end of the conference, Mr. Phan Dinh Trac acknowledged the opinions of Thai Hoa voters and promised to submit them to the National Assembly Standing Committee in the next session.
