Ukraine sends diplomatic protest to Russia for seizing fishing vessels in the Black Sea.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has sent a diplomatic note to Russia regarding the incident in which Russian border guards seized a Ukrainian fishing vessel in the Black Sea. This was announced by the official representative of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Mariyana Bets.

"Regarding the seizure of the Ukrainian fishing vessel, an urgent diplomatic note has been sent to the Russian Foreign Ministry to clarify all the circumstances of the seizure," she wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, Russia's FSB announced the seizure of a Ukrainian vessel off the western coast of Crimea on suspicion of illegal fishing.
According to the agency's data, several kilometers of fishing nets were seized. The crew, consisting of five Ukrainian citizens, were taken to Crimea to have a report filed regarding the incident.
