3 people escaped death when the truck burst into flames
At around 1am on May 6, a truck traveling on the road suddenly caught fire. Luckily, the driver and two other people in the cabin were able to open the car door in time to escape.
A truck with license plate 16H - 6569 was traveling on National Highway 51 when it suddenly caught fire from under the cabin when it reached Long Phuoc commune, Long Thanh district (Dong Nai).
The driver discovered it in time and turned the wheel to the side of the road, then shouted for the two people sitting in the cabin to open the door and jump out onto the road.

When all three people got out of the car, the fire had already engulfed the front of the truck. At this time, many people along the road used mini fire extinguishers and water hoses from houses to put out the fire. After about 30 minutes, the fire was extinguished, but the front of the truck was completely burned.
After the fire, Dong Nai Traffic Police arrived at the scene to investigate the cause. At around 2am the same day, the fire scene was cleared after a tow truck was dispatched to tow the truck away.
