Man's body on hospital fence
Authorities are investigating the death of a man found this morning next to the fence of Ha Dong General Hospital, Hanoi.

Early on the morning of May 9, residents living in the area around Dam Khe Lake (Quang Trung Ward, Ha Dong, Hanoi) discovered the body of a man next to the garbage house of Ha Dong General Hospital.
Authorities identified the victim as 55 years old, from Chuc Son, Chuong My, Hanoi. He may have beenfell to his death while climbing over the hospital wall to Dam Khe Lake.
His family said he wasliver disease, recently transferred to Ha Dong Hospital for treatment a few days.
The cause of death of this male patient is continuing to be verified.
