Awakening Tan Ky tourism potential
(Baonghean) - With a rich and unique cultural identity, many beautiful landscapes and biodiversity, Tan Ky district is assessed to have great potential for tourism development. To exploit that potential, all levels, sectors and people in the district have taken action with many positive solutions.
Stay in a stilt house and eat Thai specialties
During these summer days, Tien Ky commune (Tan Ky) attracts tourists to experience the majestic natural scenery of mountains and forests, explore pristine caves, beautiful waterfalls and unique customs of the Thai ethnic group in Thai Minh village (100% of the village's households are Thai).
Coming here, visitors can immerse themselves in the peaceful life of a small village with unique stilt houses nestled at the foot of the mountain. Every day, Thai women still meticulously weave colorful brocade skirts, pillows, and bags...
When tourists come, the women also directly prepare special dishes of the Thai people such as: bamboo rice, grilled fish, soup, bamboo shoots... and enjoy the Lam Vong dance with tourists next to the jar of Can wine.
