According to the detectives, the criminals who committed the crime on the night of May 13, killing Nguyen Van Thoi (42 years old, from Binh Dinh) and Nguyen Hoang Nam (29 years old, from Dong Nai, temporarily residing in Go Vap), and injuring 3 others, belonged to a group of professional "high-speed drivers", very cunning and reckless.

Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong visited and encouraged the knights being treated in the hospital.

In another development before this particularly serious case, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong - Chairman of the City People's Committee directed the Ho Chi Minh City Police to quickly investigate the case, at the same time, Chairman Nguyen Thanh Phong went to the hospital to visit the injured "knights" and share the pain with the relatives of the two "knights" who had just died.
