Suspect arrested urgently for murdering father and son.
The Criminal Police Department of the provincial police has issued an arrest warrant for Pham Thanh Son and a nationwide wanted notice for Pham Van Xuong (An Vien commune, Tien Lu district, Hung Yen province) for the crime of murder.

On the afternoon of May 16th, representatives of the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Hung Yen Provincial Police announced that they had issued a decision to initiate criminal proceedings and indict Pham Van Xuong (47 years old) and Pham Thanh Son (23 years old, Xuong's son), both residing in Tien Lu (Hung Yen), for the crime of murder.
At the same time, the Investigation Police Department of Hung Yen province issued an order to arrest and detain Pham Thanh Son and a special wanted notice for Pham Van Xuong after he fled the area.
Earlier, at around 5 PM on May 13th, Pham Van Xuong and Nguyen Van Mien (48 years old, residing in Noi Le village) and several others went to the house of Pham Van The (42 years old, also from the same village) to socialize and have a meal.
Around 6 PM that same day, Xương and Miên had a disagreement which escalated into a physical altercation, but others intervened to stop them.
After that, Xương went home to get a weapon and then returned to Thế's house with his son, Phạm Thanh Sơn.
Upon encountering Mr. Mien standing at the gate, Xương and his son Sơn attacked him, after which Xương used a knife to stab Mr. Mien multiple times, causing the victim to die on the spot.
After committing the crime, Xương and his son Sơn rode home to get another knife and then left on their motorbike. On the way, Xương encountered Mr. Bé (Miên's father) and repeatedly stabbed him with the knife, causing Mr. Bé's death, before fleeing.

To assist in the investigation and apprehension of the suspect, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Hung Yen Provincial Police requests that any individual, organization, or unit that apprehends a suspect immediately escort them to the nearest police station, prosecutor's office, or People's Committee for investigation and resolution in accordance with the law.
