Pedestrian man killed by bus
(Baonghean.vn) - At around 10:00 p.m. on May 19, on Provincial Road 537D, through Quynh Hau Commune (Quynh Luu), an accident occurred, killing one man.

According to people at the scene, at the above time, Mr. Nguyen Van Phi (about 40 years old), residing in Hamlet 9, Quynh Hau Commune, was walking from a shop to the edge of the road when he was hit by a sleeper bus and dragged about 20 meters before stopping.
People on both sides of the road quickly took Phi to the emergency room, but the victim died later. The cause of the accident is being investigated by authorities.
The accident site is about 200 meters from the victim's house, and this is also a road where accidents often occur.
