Happy meeting with Nghe An compatriots at Military Medical Academy
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of May 19, in Ha Dong - Hanoi, the Nghe An Association at the Military Medical Academy organized the 5th meeting of fellow countrymen.
On the occasion of the 128th anniversary of Uncle Ho's birthday, the Nghe An Association at the Military Medical Academy organized a meeting with the participation of more than 150 members who are children of Nghe An who have worked and are studying at the Military Medical Academy.
The Nghe An Association at the Military Medical Academy was established in 2000. For over 18 years, the Association has always been a center of solidarity, a place for exchange and sharing of feelings of Nghe An children at the Academy. Every year, the Association organizes a football tournament for fellow countrymen, gives scholarships to poor students who overcome difficulties, visits and encourages people when they are sick or in trouble...

Currently, at the Academy there are about 250 people who are children of Nghe An, including 3 Professors, 10 Associate Professors, 5 Doctors, 150 students...
The meeting took place in a friendly atmosphere, filled with the warmth of fellow countrymen. Everyone enjoyed the unique self-composed performances, listened to the report on the outstanding achievements of the Association in recent years; gave opinions and discussed the directions and tasks for the coming time...

At this meeting, fellow countrymen at the Military Medical Academy were especially excited that last year, a member was awarded the title of Professor, two students of the 50th course (2016 - 2023) won the National Chemistry - Physics Olympiad, and many other students from Nghe An province were awarded the title of emulation soldier of the whole army...
During the meeting, the Association also organized the Nghe An Fellow Countrymen Football Tournament at the Military Medical Academy in 2018 (taking place from April 30 to May 19).
