3 people died after a brawl at night
About 15 teenagers resolved a conflict overnight that left many people dead and injured.
On the afternoon of May 19, Thanh Binh District Police (Dong Thap Province) arrested Tran Minh Khanh (18 years old) and 9 people aged 15 to 26 for murder.

According to the initial investigation, due to a previous conflict, on the night of May 18, Khanh's group brought weapons and made an appointment with their opponents to talk. About 15 people then rushed into a melee, causing 3 victims to die and 2 others, also living in Phu Loi commune, to be injured.
Upon receiving the news, the police arrested the suspects that same night. The Director of the Provincial Police, Major General Nguyen Minh Thuan, requested that the professional forces urgently clarify the cause of the case.
