On the morning of May 21, the female owner of a Kia Morning in Dai Mo ward (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi) went to get her car and discovered that both right wheels had been removed. The undercarriage was covered with bricks.
After the owner reported the incident, Dai Mo Ward Policesaid he would make a file and then transfer it to Nam Tu Liem District Police to investigate and find the thief.
