The two units agreed on 7 coordination contents:
- Coordinate in preventing crimes and violations of the law in the fields of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Coordinate in detecting, investigating and handling violations of criminal law in the fields of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
- Coordinate to protect the assets of the State, collectives, individuals, and the legitimate rights and interests of social insurance agencies at all levels.
- Coordinate to ensure safety for the operations of social insurance agencies at all levels.
- Coordinate in the management of health insurance examination and treatment at the Provincial Police Hospital and implement social insurance and health insurance regimes for officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police.
- Coordinate the exchange, provision, and comparison of information and documents between social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance participants (of the provincial Social Insurance) and the citizen identification card archive (of the provincial Police) to serve the work of preventing, detecting, investigating, and handling crimes and violations of the law.
- Coordinate the establishment and dispatch of officers to participate in interdisciplinary inspection teams to inspect and examine compliance with laws in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance when receiving instructions from leaders of both sides.
Accordingly, the Provincial Police will proactively deploy professional measures to grasp the situation and promptly notify the Provincial Social Insurance about the plots, methods and tricks of all types of crimes in the fields of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and other violations of the law so that the Provincial Social Insurance can have a plan to coordinate and proactively prevent and combat effectively.
Based on the functions and tasks, the Provincial Police will direct the Police of relevant units and localities to proactively coordinate closely with units under the provincial Social Insurance system to promote professional activities, proactively prevent and actively detect, fight against crimes and violations of the law in the fields of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; promptly take measures to investigate and handle violations of criminal laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; provide necessary information on the results of investigations of cases of violations of the law in the fields of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance to the Social Insurance agency according to regulations...
Proactively and promptly coordinate with the Social Insurance agency to investigate and thoroughly handle outstanding cases that cause public opinion to ensure security, order and safety in the implementation of the Party's policies and the State's laws in the fields of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.
