Mentioning Le Cuong brings to mind a poor young man with a burning passion for singing. He left his hometown, determined to pursue his dream in Ho Chi Minh City. In those early, difficult days, he sang on the streets and sold candy to support his passion. To realize his musical dreams, he participated in reality TV shows like "The X Factor" and "The Ultimate Duet"... Although he was praised for his musical talent, Cuong seemed to lack luck with awards.
Following that, Le Cuong released the music video "Temporarily Leaving the City," which chronicled his own life. This music video received much support from listeners, those who left their hometowns to pursue careers elsewhere, and his fans back home.
Besides his sweet bolero singing voice, which is often compared to that of singer Quang Lê, Lê Cường is also known to audiences for his ability to imitate the voice of overseas MC Nguyễn Ngọc Ngạn.
