The reporters listened to the topic: "Cyber ​​warfare and the task of protecting the Fatherland in cyberspace in the current situation; quickly announced the results of the 7th Central Conference (12th term) including 3 issued resolutions and on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Conference discussed and decided to issue a Resolution on focusing on building a team of cadres at all levels, especially at the strategic level, with sufficient qualities, capacity and prestige, equal to the tasks; a Resolution on reforming salary policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces and employees in enterprises; and a Resolution on reforming social insurance policies.

The reporters were also informed and oriented on a number of issues of public opinion in the province and in the Party Committee of the Bloc. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee Le Thi Kim Oanh emphasized: The grassroots Party Committee needs to pay attention to leading and organizing the implementation of innovation, arranging the apparatus and personnel work in the spirit of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (12th term); Propaganda to celebrate the 70th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - June 11, 2018).

Comrade Le Thi Kim Oanh also requested units to develop plans and organize the dissemination of Resolution 7 of the Central Committee (12th tenure) to cadres and party members; inform the content of the 5th session of the 14th National Assembly; review and evaluate the results of the implementation of political tasks of agencies and units in the first 6 months of the year.
