It is necessary to ensure absolute safety for candidates whose exam scores must cross the ferry.

Previously, the delegation went directly to the examination locations to inspect, review, and evaluate accurately and objectively the preparation for the recognition of junior high school graduation, the 2018 National High School Exam, and admission to grade 10 of high school in the 2018-2019 school year.

Through the report, the District Examination Steering Committee held a conference to review the preparation work and assign specific responsibilities to relevant schools, agencies and departments.

Accordingly, in the 10th grade entrance exam held on June 6 and 7, the whole district will have 6 examination councils with 2,547 candidates taking the exam to enroll 2,360 students into grade 10.

The national high school exam has 5 testing locations with 2,560 candidates taking the exam.

Concluding the meeting, the Director of the Department of Education and Training acknowledged the efforts in the preparation work of the exam steering committee as well as schools with exam sites. At the same time, he noted that localities and exam sites need to pay more attention to the preparation of facilities.

In particular, the Steering Committee needs to ensure absolute safety for candidates when they have to cross the ferry; assign security forces to be on duty at the ferry terminals; support ferry costs for candidates, contributing to creating more motivation for them before entering the exam.

Agencies and departments, based on their functions and tasks, coordinate closely to serve the exams well.
