(Baonghean.vn) - From May 29-31, the Provincial Party Committee Office organized a training course on financial and Party asset work for units receiving the Provincial Party Committee budget and District, City and Town Party Committees.

The training course aims to disseminate and guide the implementation of new documents on Party finance and assets, including: Contents on asset management and use at agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam stipulated in Decree No. 165/2017/ND-CP dated December 31, 2017 of the Government; Management and use of state budget for agencies of the Communist Party of Vietnam stipulated in Circular No. 1539/2017/TT-BTC dated December 29, 2017 of the Ministry of Finance; Guidance on administrative and career accounting regime according to Circular No. 107/2017/TT-BTC dated October 10, 2017 of the Ministry of Finance; Decision No. 2233-QD/VPTW dated February 27, 2018 of the Central Party Office on implementing the accounting regime for agencies and administrative and career units of the Party; Training on using the new IMAS accounting software in accordance with the new accounting method and account system according to Circular No. 107/2017/TT-BTC dated October 10, 2017 of the Ministry of Finance...
