Tens of millions of dong go to the boy whose spinal cord is severed at chest level
(Baonghean.vn) - After Nghe An Newspaper published the article "Heartbroken story of a good student who suffered an accident that severed his spinal cord across his chest", many philanthropists donated tens of millions of dong and gifts to give to Tran Anh Duc, a 6A student at Muong Xen Town Secondary School (Ky Son).
Tran Anh Duc (13 years old), a student who has been an excellent student for many years, has to sit in a wheelchair to go to school due to an accident that severed his spinal cord at the chest. Moved by his situation, many philanthropists have called for support and donations to help him reduce his difficulties so that he can pursue his dream of studying.

On Facebook, Nguyen Thanh Huyen, residing in Vinh city, called on the online community to help Anh Duc with a total amount of more than 20 million VND and an electric wheelchair. Ms. Huyen gave this amount of money to Anh Duc's family on the afternoon of June 2.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Huyen shared: “After learning about Anh Duc’s situation and will in Nghe An newspaper, I immediately contacted my friends to help him ease his pain and pursue his studies. Some benefactors such as Facebook user Vu Thi To Quyen donated 10 million VND in cash and monthly living expenses for him.”
