Foreign couple takes wedding photos on Vietnamese sidewalk "super cool"

The photo series was taken by a photographer born in 1994 with the stage name Cyan. Wedding photos taken in this style will create a realistic, everyday, and intimate look.

The models in the photo series are Thibaut Foucquart (28 years old) and Cannelle (25 years old) from France. In the photo, both are wearing Vietnamese conical hats and dressed simply. Although they are not lovers in real life, their performance as bride and groom still makes many people fascinated. The time-stained walls add to the antique look of the street photo series.

The photo series was taken in a corner of Vung Tau city. In the photo, Thibaut and Cannelle are riding a Vietnamese cyclo. When taking wedding photos on the street, the couple can blend in with the crowd on the street to have impressive everyday photos.

Regarding the idea of ​​making a photo series with the participation of foreigners, photographer Cyan said: "I want to make a photo series about a foreign couple's long trip. They go together to a strange land, enjoy Vietnamese food, walk around Vietnamese streets and learn about Vietnamese people."
Photos taken on the street will capture the hustle and bustle of people's lives or the gentleness and peaceful simplicity of each small street corner. Simply the roadside stalls and hurried street vendors also create beautiful scenes for the loving moments of couples.

Not only that, taking wedding photos on the street also creates a difference and freshness for the wedding album when many couples choose the studio to take photos. With the creativity of the photographer and the natural expressions of the couple, the wedding album will be more lively and realistic. Couples do not necessarily have to use wedding costumes or elaborate makeup.

To take the wedding photos, Cyan said it took him 2 days to come up with the idea and the same amount of time to shoot. The advantage during the photo shoot was that the model had a natural, open personality and was good at capturing emotions. In addition to taking photos on the street, the photo shoot was also done at Con Heo Hill - Vung Tau. The two models wore simple wedding dresses in a rustic style.
