Foreign couple takes wedding photos on Vietnamese sidewalk "super cool"
The photo series attracted 1,200 likes after being posted on a photography group and made many people exclaim in admiration.
The photo series was taken by a photographer born in 1994 with the stage name Cyan. Wedding photos taken in this style will create a realistic, everyday, and intimate look. |
The models in the photo series are Thibaut Foucquart (28 years old) and Cannelle (25 years old) from France. In the photo, both are wearing Vietnamese conical hats and dressed simply. Although they are not lovers in real life, their performance as bride and groom still makes many people fascinated. The time-stained walls add to the antique look of the street photo series. |
The photo series was taken in a corner of Vung Tau city. In the photo, Thibaut and Cannelle are riding a Vietnamese cyclo. When taking wedding photos on the street, the couple can blend in with the crowd on the street to have impressive everyday photos. |
Regarding the idea of making a photo series with the participation of foreigners, photographer Cyan said: "I want to make a photo series about a foreign couple's long trip. They go together to a strange land, enjoy Vietnamese food, walk around Vietnamese streets and learn about Vietnamese people." |
Not only that, taking wedding photos on the street also creates a difference and freshness for the wedding album when many couples choose the studio to take photos. With the creativity of the photographer and the natural expressions of the couple, the wedding album will be more lively and realistic. Couples do not necessarily have to use wedding costumes or elaborate makeup. |
