This is a program sponsored by Saigon Beer and Beverage Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with Nghe An Department of Culture and Sports and Chau Vang Media Joint Stock Company organized at the moment of New Year's Eve 2018.
Attending the program were representatives of provincial leaders: Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Ho Mau Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An; Mr. Pham Tien Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Nghe An along with more than 50,000 Vinh city audiences joined in the sacred countdown moment to welcome the new year - Spring Mau Tuat 2018.
Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2018 with the theme "Cua Lo: Convergence and Shine"
Cua Lo Tourism Festival was held on the night of April 29, 2018 at Binh Minh Square, organized by Nghe An Provincial People's Committee. The festival is an annual activity to honor traditional cultural values; at the same time to introduce the tourism potential of Cua Lo land and people, opening the sea tourism season in the most attractive coastal area of Nghe An. Attending the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue beat the drum to open the Cua Lo Tourism Festival 2018.

On the evening of May 26, 2018, in Cua Lo town, Nghe An, the Gala Night to summarize the campaign "Green Vietnam Sea" to protect the environment in tourism activities was held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and the People's Committee of Nghe An province.Attending the gala night were Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Dang Thi Bich Lien; representatives of a number of departments, branches, tourists from all over the country and many local people.
The “Green Vietnam Sea” gala night is an activity to summarize and honor units and individuals who have made positive contributions to the “Green Vietnam Sea” campaign week, a campaign to protect the sea and clean up waste on all beaches along Central Vietnam, taking place from May 19 to 26, 2018.

The Sen Village Festival to celebrate the 128th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, with the theme "Honoring President Ho Chi Minh" and praising the innovative homeland of Nghe An, "Integration and Development" in 2018 took place from May 17 to May 19, at Uncle Ho's hometown, Sen Village.
More than 600 actors performed at the art program “Offering You Homeland Songs”. This is also an annual program organized by the People’s Committee of Nghe An province.

On June 24, 2018, at Vinh City Central Park (Nghe An), a music activity will take place for the first time for Nghe An youth.
The program has the participation of famous artists in Vietnam such as Singer Noo Phuoc Thinh, Hoang Thuy Linh, Tuan Hung, along with the presence of the most handsome and talented male DJ in the Underground world, SlimV.
