Woman takes 40 packs of heroin to sell for profit

At 1:00 p.m. on June 7, in Huoi Pun village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, My Ly Border Guard Station coordinated with relevant forces to arrest Cut Thi Hoai (born in 1984), with permanent residence in Huoi Pun village, My Ly commune, Ky Son district, who was illegally buying and selling drugs in the border area.

At the scene, detectives seized evidence including 40 packs of heroin and 4 synthetic drug pills.
Currently, My Ly Border Guard Station is investigating and expanding the case.
