Air Force One carrying Trump arrived at Singapore's Paya Lebar Air Base at 8:21 p.m. local time and was greeted by Singaporean Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan.
More than five hours earlier, Kim Jong-un also arrived at a commercial airport in Singapore on an Air China Boeing 747.
Asked about his impressions of the summit, Trump told reporters “very good” before getting into a limousine and heading back to the hotel.
The US president flew to Singapore from Canada, where he attended a particularly contentious G7 summit after he initiated a trade dispute with some of America's closest allies.

At a press conference at the G7, Trump said he was optimistic about the meeting with Kim, the first between a sitting US president and a North Korean leader. However, he also made it clear that Kim had a “one-time chance.”
“I feel that Kim Jong-un wants to do something great for his people, and he has that opportunity. And he won’t have that opportunity again,” Trump said on June 9.
