Working with the Steering Committee for the implementation of Project 01 DA/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on "Building Party cells, developing Party members in blocks, hamlets, and villages without Party cells, without Party members, and blocks, hamlets, and villages at risk of no longer having Party cells in the period 2016 - 2020" of Yen Thanh district, comrade Thai Thanh Quy and comrades in the working delegation listened to the report on the implementation results of Project 01 in the first 6 months of 2018.

Accordingly, the District Party Committee has strengthened its leadership, focusing on directing the grassroots to effectively carry out Party and political work. Therefore, from the time the project was issued until the end of the first 6 months of 2018, 18 Party members were admitted (including 7 female Party members and 11 male Party members). 9/22 communes and 11/42 Party cells have admitted Party members. Up to this point, only 3 hamlets have to increase Party members to establish and maintain Party cell activities.

In addition, the work of developing party members in the hamlet executive committee and grassroots mass organizations has been focused on, and 13 party members have been admitted under the project. However, the implementation process still has some limitations such as: the number of communes, hamlets and party cells that have not yet admitted party members is still high, the quality of activities of political mass organizations in specific areas is still limited and not flexible...

Speaking and concluding the working session, comrade Thai Thanh Quy acknowledged the efforts of Yen Thanh district in implementing Project 01, and at the same time requested the Party Committee and Yen Thanh government to closely follow the project's objectives, strengthen activities and movements at the grassroots level, be flexible in propaganda and mobilization to discover and foster resources for the Party; pay attention to researching, developing action programs and issuing appropriate and practical accompanying policies so that the implementation of Project 01/DA-TU is highly effective and sustainable.
