At that time, a pickup truck with license plate 37C - 289.28, driven by Mr. Ho Sy Bac, from Hoa Binh town, Tuong Duong district, was traveling from Dien Chau to Tuong Duong when it had an accident.

At the scene, the car crashed into a low-voltage electric pole and a fence of a resident's house, the front of the car was severely damaged.
