Thanh Hoa fires foreign players, lends players to SLNA

After 13 matches, Ofere only scored three goals. Therefore, the Thanh Hoa team decided to replace him. However, because they had not found a replacement, Thanh Hoa kept the information secret, so that this player could have a stable spirit to play the away match against Can Tho on June 16 (won 1-0).
It is known that coach Duc Thang has targeted a new foreign player to replace Ofere. This player is of African origin and used to play football in Thailand. Chairman Doan Van Phuong said that the team will also add domestic players. Because the contract has not been finalized, the identities of the new players of the Thanh team are kept secret.
In the opposite direction, Thanh Hoa decided to lend midfielder Hoang Van Binh to SLNA.This is a player with good skills but the leaders of the Thanh team assessed that he lacked determination in playing so they removed him from the registration list. Chairman Nguyen Huu Thang wanted to bring Van Binh to Ho Chi Minh City Club but this midfielder chose to return to Vinh.
“Our policy for Van Binh is not as good as other teams. However, this player just wants to return home to be close to his wife and children. Thanks to that, SLNA surpassed a series of competitors to get him,” said SLNA Club President Nguyen Hong Thanh.
Previously, midfielder Le Quoc Phuong was also loaned to Saigon from Thanh Hoa.
