Rewarding Nghe An Border Guard for breaking up many major drug cases
(Baonghean.vn) - In 3 days (June 8 - June 10), Nghe An Border Guard successfully dismantled 2 projects and 1 professional plan on drug crimes, arrested 3 subjects, and seized 11,400 synthetic drug pills.
On the morning of June 19, the People's Committee of Nghe An province organized an award ceremony for outstanding achievements in the fight against drug crimes to the Nghe An Border Guard for successfully destroying many major drug cases in a short time.

Specifically, at 11:00 a.m. on June 8, in the Huoi Mu village area, Huoi Tu commune, Ky Son, the anti-drug and crime force of Nghe An Border Guard successfully broke Project 370L, arresting Xong Giong Re (born in 1968, residing in Pha Noi village, Dooc May commune, Ky Son district). The seized evidence was 4,000 synthetic drug pills.
On June 9, at Block 2, Kim Son town, Que Phong district, Nghe An Border Guard arrested Va Ba Tu (born in 1989, residing in Muong Long village, Tri Le commune, Que Phong), and seized 1,400 synthetic drug pills.

Most recently, on June 10, in the Huoi To 1 village area, Mai Son commune, Tuong Duong, the Border Guard force successfully broke Project 317L, arrested Va Ba Ta (born 1976, residing in Pieng Cooc village, Mai Son commune, Tuong Duong district), and seized 6,000 synthetic drug pills.
In response to these outstanding achievements, on behalf of the provincial leaders, comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated and awarded the project teams.
Assessing the complicated situation of drug crimes, especially in border areas with Laos, comrade Le Xuan Dai requested Nghe An Border Guards to continue to fight fiercely against this type of crime, while ensuring human safety, maintaining security and order, and national security at the border lines.
