Martial arts master Nguyen Manh Hung was recently prosecuted for allegedly defrauding more than 100 million VND. Claiming to be a martial arts teacher in the police force and saying he could get a job at Noi Bai International Airport customs for 300 million VND, Mr. Hung received a deposit of 50 million VND from Ms. Ha (in Soc Son, Hanoi) and 70 million VND from another person in 2014.
