After listening to delegate Le Quang Huy report on the results of the 5th session of the 14th National Assembly and the country's socio-economic development in the first 6 months of 2018, voters in Anh Son enthusiastically proposed issues of concern.

Voter Tran Quoc Tuan commented that the construction of special economic zones is necessary to promote the development of the country's economy. However, the construction of the Law on Special Administrative-Economic Units (Special Zone Law) is a particularly important bill, related to the fate of the country. Therefore, voters hope that the National Assembly will consult voters and people nationwide to perfect the Law.

Voter Vo Van Dan reported the situation of falsifying documents for receiving benefits for war invalids and Agent Orange victims. Regarding the Law on Special Administrative-Economic Units (Special Zone Law), delegate Nguyen Huu Cau said that this Law was discussed by the National Assembly since October 2017, and was made public on the National Assembly's electronic information portal.

"This is a bill that has been discussed by the National Assembly throughout many sessions, with a unified leadership system, not just introduced now," the delegate emphasized.

Currently, the National Assembly is adjourning to add content to the vote on the Law on Special Administrative-Economic Units. This shows caution and listening to people's opinions, especially with important law projects.

Regarding the wish to contribute his heart and soul to the Law on Special Administrative-Economic Units, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau accepted the opinions of voters and continued to reflect them to the National Assembly. At the same time, the delegate asked voters not to let hostile forces take advantage of patriotism and trust to misunderstand the policies and guidelines of the Party and State.
