Voters in Cat Ngan area request early implementation of the Cung ferry bridge project across Lam River
(Baonghean.vn) - The proposal to soon implement the Cung ferry bridge project across Lam River to solve travel needs is one of the recommendations of voters in Cat Ngan area (Thanh Chuong) to functional departments and agencies through a voter meeting.

On the morning of June 20, at Hanh Lam commune (Thanh Chuong), Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a meeting with voters in Cat Ngan area.
Here, voters were provided with some information by delegates about the socio-economic development situation in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2018 of the province, and announced the agenda of the 6th Provincial People's Council session.
At the meeting, there were 9 comments and recommendations from voters to the People's Council delegates. These were the shortcomings in the people's participation in medical examination and treatment at some hospitals and medical centers at all levels; the regime and policies for policy beneficiaries and meritorious people; the situation of some companies recruiting people for labor export with fraudulent nature, causing economic damage to the people; some civil works in resettlement communes in Thanh Chuong district have not been implemented; the Cung ferry project has not yet started; the Electricity sector needs to continue to inspect, review and repair some power lines which are currently degraded.

After listening to voters' opinions, Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee answered a number of issues within his authority. Delegate Le Ngoc Hoa also requested the electricity sector to check the issues that people reflected and recommended that people need to learn more clearly before registering to participate in labor export. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee promised voters that he would fully summarize the opinions and submit them to the upcoming Provincial People's Council meeting.
