Prosecution of young man who threw chair, causing his fiancee's death

On the afternoon of June 22, Do Luong District Police announced that the Investigation Police Agency had just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and detain Ha Anh Tuan (born in 1994, residing in Lac Son commune, Do Luong district) for 3 months to investigate the crime of "Intentionally causing injury resulting in death".

Previously, on June 11, Ms. Lo Thi Ha (born in 1995, residing in Yen Thang commune, Tuong Duong district) came to Ha Anh Tuan's house to have dinner and discuss preparations for the wedding.
While eating, a conflict arose between the two, so Ms. Ha stood up and left the table. Angry, Tuan threw the tray of food and picked up a chair to throw at Ms. Ha. Being thrown unexpectedly, Ms. Ha's left eye socket was hit by the chair leg, leading to a brain hemorrhage.
Upon discovering the incident, her family took her to Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment. However, due to the severity of her injuries, she died two days later.
Ms. Ha has just graduated from the Faculty of Law of a University in Vinh City. Before the accident, Ms. Ha was a market employee in the area near where Tuan lived. During her time working there, Ha and Tuan met and fell in love.
After a period of dating, the two got engaged and planned to get married soon when the heartbreaking incident happened. It is known that Tuan used to study Taekwondo.
