According to the Vietnam Register, the following car accessories will not be registered:
1. Install front bumper, rear bumper, roof rackVehicles with additional front bumpers, rear bumpers or roof racks exceeding the vehicle's current dimensions in the ratio of length x width x height of 4 x 3 x 4 cm will be refused registration.
In addition to being denied registration, vehicles that self-install these accessories will also be administratively fined by traffic police for the violation of "self-changing the structure, assembly, and system of the vehicle that is not in accordance with the manufacturer's design or the modified design approved by the competent authority.

2. Install additional lights such as LED lights and fog lights,… not included in the manufacturer’s design will also be refused registration. These are the types of lights that car owners often install to enhance the light or simply to beautify the car.

3. Van with additional rear seats,This is also a fairly common case recently; the act of installing a rear seat on a Van (whether used or not) is against the regulations and certainly these vehicles will not be registered.

4. Decals for the entire caralso refused to register. In recent years, the car market has been very popular with the trend of decorating cars by decals. But if the car owner wants to decal the entire car, he must go through the procedure of changing the car's color if he does not want to be fined. Because this accessory will change the original paint color and structure of the car.
The fine for violations will be 600,000 - 800,000 VND according to regulations.
