After a period of monitoring, at 6:30 a.m. on June 28, in Khanh Thanh village, Nam Can commune (Ky Son district), Nghe An Border Guard in coordination with the Northern Special Task Force under the Department of Drug and Crime Prevention (Border Guard Command) discovered and caught red-handed Vu Ba Xenh, born in 1979, from Huoi Giang 2 village, Tay Son commune (Ky Son district) illegally transporting drugs.
